What's at the Workshop?
At the workshop you'll be given a presentation of the basics of natural hair, then depending on your child's hair, will be helped to achieve a super cute style that will last!
Who's Teaching?The incredible Sonja Corbin is the brains behind the workshop. Together, we have created a course covering the moisturizing, shampooing, conditioning and detangling basics. Sonja has rightfully earned her title as a "hair pediatrician" because she has kids natural hair down to a science and she truly understands kid's needs, in and outside of her exciting salon!

What to bring?You will need to bring a spray bottle, wide tooth comb, detangling comb, rat-tail comb, grip clips and a Denman style brush. Design Essential sample products will be available at the workshop. If you have questions about your products from home, you can bring those to be determined if they're the best fit for your child's hair! At our basics workshops, swag bags of supplies will given to participants!

Who can come?Our workshops are open to anyone looking to learn about natural hair! Adoptive, foster or biological parent? A teen wanting to learn about your hair? Doesn't matter, you're encouraged to join us!
